Why Is My LED Shower Head Making Noise

LED shower heads aren’t all that much different from regular showerheads - they’ve just got LEDs and an extra electric power source, usually turbines. Depending on the model and quality, the sound may be virtually undetectable, or considerably noticeable. The one sure shot way of getting rid of any ambient noise from an LED shower head is to buy one that doesn’t use a turbine as its power source. You could opt for one that is powered by a replaceable battery, or a corded supply (personally, we’d advise you to with the former because it’s safer). Remember though, that you would have to replace the battery periodically / ensure that the corded supply is turned on, which would make the whole experience a little less convenient. Alternately, some high end LED shower head manufacturers produce models that run on turbine generated electricity but stifle the whiny noise using relaxing music.
